Generally
If you'd like to order from us, you can easily create a new customer account. Simply enter your email address and you'll receive a link to log in. Then you can start shopping right away.
In the future, you can save more than one address in your customer account. This way, you can have your YEAH nutritional supplements delivered to your home, office, or loved ones with just one click. You can also check your order overview, including shipment tracking, in your customer account.
The email address you provide for your first order cannot be changed. However, you can change your name or shipping address at any time.
You can simply submit a deletion request to our customer service. There's a form for this on our website. We'll then delete all data that we can. For legal reasons, data relating to your previous orders cannot be deleted. This also applies to your "My Account" data in the old webshop.

General information about food supplements
The term "bioactivity" describes the effect of a substance on a living organism. Therefore, any substance that triggers a reaction in your body is bioactive. When we talk about highly bioactive forms of nutrients, we mean forms that your body can absorb and utilize particularly well.
The term "bioavailability" describes the amount of a substance that is absorbed unchanged by our body.
Background: Your body absorbs nutrients better in some forms than in others. That's why we always make sure to use the forms in our products that your body can absorb and utilize most effectively. These forms are called bioactive forms. Other forms require complex conversion processes before you can use them. As a result, your body often only receives a fraction of what you paid for!
Products
Since December 14, 2012, the European Health Claims Regulation has prohibited manufacturers of food supplements from making health-related and efficacy-related claims about their products, with certain exceptions. Therefore, we often discuss the individual properties of a product's ingredients to give you a sense of its potential benefits. In such cases, it's always advisable to consult other reputable sources or, for example, seek advice from a medically trained professional.
Natural Elements products are manufactured exclusively in strictly controlled facilities. Independent laboratories in Germany regularly test the quality of our products to ensure you always receive a high-quality, pure product.
We source our raw materials from reputable German suppliers, some of whom import them. The raw materials come from all over the world. We try to source locally whenever possible, but this is sometimes not feasible.
Here are some examples: Vitamin K2 comes from Italy, organic turmeric from India, organic maca from Peru, organic acerola from Brazil, grape seed extract from France, arginine from Indonesia, passionflower from countries in Western Europe, Sango from Japan, vitamin D3 from France and England, magnesium from Germany.
However, the decisive factor is not the country of origin, but the quality of the products. We at natural elements place the highest value on outstanding quality and, as one of the very few manufacturers, therefore have every single production batch tested by independent German laboratories.
Our capsules and tablets are packaged – completely without contact with aluminum – in food-grade and BPA-free containers. Compared to glass bottles, this saves considerable energy and CO2 during packaging production and also prevents the creation of additional waste from broken glass. Our liquid products, however, come in glass vials with natural rubber pipettes, as this offers the greatest ease of use and the vials are not prone to breakage thanks to their shape, size, and outer packaging.
No, don't worry! It's a so-called pinhole and serves as pressure equalization. Your product arrived fresh, unopened, and safe!
Since different raw materials have different shelf lives, there's no single answer to this. However, most of our products have a shelf life of 1-1.5 years. You'll always find the best-before date on the packaging, assuming the product is stored in a cool, dry, and dark place.
While you should store our capsules, tablets, and powders in a cool, dry place away from light, refrigeration is not necessary. The same applies to our liquid products; however, storing them in the refrigerator can extend their shelf life.
Product safety
We generally adhere to the EU's Food Information Regulation (EU No. 1169/2011), which includes the NRV (Reference Values for Nutrients) for vitamins and minerals. Additionally, the dosage of our products is tailored to our customers – if the need for a particular ingredient is frequently increased, we increase the dosage accordingly. However, we always have our consumption recommendations independently reviewed to ensure that taking our products is completely safe for you at all times.
Since there are no official guidelines, you'll find many different opinions online regarding the "perfect" dosage. Do you want to take a higher dose? Only a medically trained professional is authorized to give individual recommendations. As the manufacturer, we are unfortunately not permitted to do so.
Our top priority is to give you peace of mind with our products, and for that, you need certainty! That's why we have every raw material and product batch tested by independent German laboratories. A batch is defined as the entire quantity of a raw material or product produced in one run under consistent conditions. Each batch is assigned a lot number, which you can find on the bottom of your product. With our rigorous controls, we are clearly a pioneer in our industry, as we are unaware of any other manufacturer that operates so thoroughly.
We don't have to, but we do! Natural raw materials, in particular, can change with their environment and thus affect our products. To ensure you can always rely on the highest quality from us, we have all raw materials and finished products tested for pesticides, heavy metals, and much more. We always coordinate the specific tests with our partner quality assurance laboratories to ensure that every raw material and every product undergoes comprehensive and, above all, meaningful testing. Many other suppliers rely solely on their suppliers' assurances and the results of individual samples. But we prefer to know the details – just like you!
Dietary supplements are considered food because they contain nutrients that can also be obtained through your regular diet. This means you can generally take several supplements at the same time. Just be sure not to exceed the recommended daily dose for each ingredient. A healthcare professional can provide you with personalized recommendations for optimal intake and precisely tailor the dosage to your needs.
In general, our products are suitable for long-term use. However, if you have a specific deficiency, you should definitely discuss your needs with a medical professional.
Ingredients
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, or HPMC for short, is essentially just plant-based cellulose – but in a special form that is very well suited for use in food and dietary supplements. Virtually all of our capsule shells are made from HPMC and are therefore purely plant-based and vegan.
Where possible, we avoid fillers completely. If this is not possible for a product, we use fillers that are as natural as possible, such as rice in our Coenzyme Q10 capsules.
Protecting our plant and animal life is very important to us. That's why the majority of our products are 100% vegan. One exception is our Vitamin D3 made from premium lanolin (wool wax), which we offer as an alternative to the vegan version. Where non-plant-based raw materials are used, we take great care to source them as sustainably as possible. For example, we harvest our Sango marine coral from fossilized coral more than 1,000 meters off the coast of Okinawa, at depths of 60 meters or more, to avoid harming living reefs or other marine life.
Dosages
The recommended daily dose of our products is always based on the needs of an average adult. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, your nutritional requirements, and therefore your ideal dosage, may have changed. You should discuss with a healthcare professional which products and dosages will best support you during this time. Once this is done, you can take our products not only without hesitation, but with a clear conscience, as we always use the purest, most natural nutrients possible, avoid unwanted additives, and go to great lengths to ensure the highest quality – or simply omit certain ingredients.
Children have a significantly lower body weight and are still growing. Because of these and other factors, their nutritional needs differ from those of average adults, which we use as a guide for the recommended daily dose of our products. A medical professional can tell you exactly which products and dosages are optimal for your child. With this recommendation, taking the products is then completely safe.
Customers frequently report positive experiences feeding our products to their animals. However, only your veterinarian can determine the exact nutritional requirements and therefore the ideal dosage for your pets, as we always base the dosage of our products on the needs of an average adult.
Orders
Your well-being is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will refund the full purchase price within 100 days of the purchase date, even for opened packages. Please send us a message with your order number and the product's lot number (you can find this on the label or at the bottom of the container). We will then gladly provide you with a return label so that the return is free of charge for you. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price.
Please note that our Happy Promise applies exclusively to end consumers in Germany and Austria. Food products, such as bars or similar items, are excluded from the guarantee. The guarantee applies exclusively to dietary supplements.
Furthermore, our satisfaction guarantee does not apply if it is used inappropriately – for example, through excessive and/or repeated returns, largely used-up products, or if the sole reason for return is that no personal effect was perceived. Dietary supplements are not medicines, and their effects can vary greatly from person to person.
These restrictions are in place to ensure we can uphold our promise of fair and sustainable service for all customers. Naturally, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Of course you can! Klarna handles the payment processing for us when you choose to pay by invoice. For orders paid by invoice, you simply need to transfer the purchase amount to Klarna, who will send you a payment instruction via email from "Klarna / natural elements GmbH". Unfortunately, we cannot accept telephone orders, as the high demand would otherwise make it nearly impossible for us to ship your products. Please use our online shop or Amazon to place your order!
You can make adjustments yourself at any time. Simply log in to your customer account and go to the "Subscription Management" section. There you can change or cancel your subscription as needed.
returns
Please notify our customer service in writing of your return before shipping it, and be sure to include your order number. This is the only way we can correctly assign and process your return.
After registration, you can return the products at your own expense within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

Important: Please clearly write your order number (found in the top right corner of your invoice) on the shipping label so we can correctly process your return. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund.

You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept packages sent with postage due.
Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging . Damaged or opened products are not eligible for return.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund you via the original payment method.
