Intake
- $30g (approx. 3 level scoops) with 250ml milk or water. Let it rest for 1–2 minutes. To avoid lumps, we recommend preparing it in a shaker with an integrated sieve. Also suitable for baking, as well as for smoothies, yoghurt, muesli, and pancakes.$Shake vigorously - take before, during, or after your strength training.
